3 Cuvée is a red dry wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah from the 2024 harvest. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes are sourced from an 8-year-old vineyard in Akura, Telavi. The wine is produced using traditional processes and matured in wood barrels for six months. The wine has a dark cherry colour and a bouquet that clearly shows the varietal scents of all three grapes, with notes of plum, blackberry, and red berries. The palate is balanced, with a lengthy, pleasant, and fragrant finish that includes faint oak notes.
