about us
Our origin
Vine Era is a unique name in the landscape of Georgian wine-making. Built by a collective of families and close friends, Vine Era grew from a long-held and intimate relationship with wine, land, and the people who tend both. At our estate, wine is not merely a product – it is an embodiment of careful craftsmanship, dedication, and a stewardship of the land that has been passed down, evaluated and rethought.
The idea behind the brand
We believe that a living tradition is one that is tended, not frozen. Across our vineyards in Kakheti, we cultivate both Georgian and European varieties under a methodology developed specifically to honour the region's UNESCO-protected winemaking heritage, drawing on modern precision to bring that heritage to its fullest contemporary expression. We produce both with the traditional Kakhetian method (Amber wines) and through European winemaking techniques, not as a compromise between the two, but as a considered dialogue between them. The result is not a simple beverage, but a new and more curated approach to what Georgian wine can be – at home and globally.
Our estate
The architecture of Vine Era reflects this same philosophy – the past is not a constraint but a foundation. Inspired by medieval Georgian forms and designed as a true home for the wine itself, the building is integrated into the natural landscape, deliberately free of any industrial character. Its bold yet elegant structure – defined by curves and material contrasts – holds the balance between strength and simplicity, between rootedness and reach. Like the wines it shelters, it belongs to its place while looking further ahead.
Looking Forward
Vine Era is committed to growth through intention and perseverance. By 2026, we will broaden our offerings to include two distinct styles of brandy and sparkling wines while continuing our commitment to innovation and enhancement in both the vineyard and cellar.
With a foundation in tradition and a commitment to contemporary knowledge, our team is dedicated to maintaining continuity all the while building a new era of Georgian wine-making, crafted with care and purpose.
